Bubbie Rose's sister, Charma married Morris Fleisher. They had six children (oldest to youngest): Irv, Miriam, George, Ruth, Isabel & Louise.

Miriam (nee Fleisher) & Henry Crespy. Dad remembers, "Henry's family were Sephardic Jews; they came from Greece but spoke Spanish. Henry had a severe stutter when he spoke, but it disappeared when he sang. Both deceased."
Uncle Lee writes, "Henry Crespy was a very nice man. Extremely handsome!
He loved Dad and used to pick up dad and me in his car on Lindenwood st and take us carp fishing all the time. He would sit in a web beach chair rigged up with special fishing rod holders on the arm rests and sing to the fish with his unique accent so he would get bites. He was so funny and very kind to us." |
